我国高校知识生产与传播的悖论及其变革

摘    要:我国高等院校知识生产与知识传播功能冲突主要成因是我国高校对科研工作激励有余,而对教学工作激励不足.现阶段我国的绝大多数普通高校应以教学为主,科研为辅,应强化对教师知识传播的激励,弱化对知识生产的激励,使高校向为经济建设培养人才的原始功能回归.

Abstract:The paradox of knowledge production and dissemination of China's higher learning comes from too much incentive for scientific research and too little incentive for teaching. At present, the main task of majority of higher learning in China is teaching, we should consolidate to encourage teaching and should not focus on encouraging knowledge production. The higher learning should return to cultivate talents for economic construction.
