| 摘 要： | 培育和发扬公务员精神,是我国建设责任政府的需要。"热爱祖国、忠于人民,恪尽职守、廉洁奉公,求真务实、开拓创新,顾全大局、团结协作"的公务员精神是对公务员责任内涵的揭示。培育和发扬公务员精神,就是要强化公务员的责任意识,促进公务员切实履行自己的义务,承担起应有的责任。
