| 摘 要： | 审前羁押定期复查信息披露制度，利于维护被羁押人包括知情权在内的基本权益。鉴于我国实务当中超期羁押问题较为突出，实有必要建立该项制度，明确定期复查主体应当履行的告知义务。笔者分析了该项制度的价值基础，探讨了其适用过程中应当遵循的基本原则，阐述了有关国家于此问题的具体做法，并进而提出构建我国审前羁押信息披露制度的具体设想，冀益于我国审前羁押制度的完善。

| Abstract: | The system of inforrmation disclosing of rugular check - ups about detain before trial is good to safeguard the suspect＇ s rights to know the details. Because the detain exceed period is very serious, it is necessary to construct the systen. In the article, I analyze the system and put forward some suggestions to construct the system in our country. |
