| Abstract: | Our country has built and refined the population and family planning interests mechanism,and forwarded the policy for rewarding and assisting rural family planning households and "less birth,more wealth" project,which make family planning households priority to share the fruits of reform and opening-up.In order to fulfill these policies,Gansu Province has issued a series of concrete measures to be implemented. |
