论社会心态的本质、表现形式及其作用

本文对社会心态的本质、表现形式及其功能问题进行了系统的阐述和理论分析。文章认为,心态文化是具有广泛基础的、无形的、隐性的文化形态。它与物质形态文化、制度形态文化和观念形态文化一起共同构成一定社会的文化整体系统。从整个文化系统来看,社会心态是一种不容忽视的文化。社会心态主要通过价值取向、思维方式、行为模式、情感态度这些知、情、意结构而表现出来。心理定势是价值取向、思维方式、行为模式等等背后的深层根基。整个心态文化层主要包括价值取向性心态、思维方式性心态、行为模式性心态等三个方面。在历史发展的合力机制中,社会心态所起的作用是不可代替的。

On the Nature, Representation, and Function of Social Mentality

A systematic theoretical analysis was done on the nature,representation,and function of social mentality in this article.It is argued that mental culture is such one that is based on the solid civil society and looks immaterial and invisible,together with which material culture and institutional culture are the most important components of a cultural system in certain society.To construct the whole of a cultural system,social mentality cannot be neglected.Social mentality is usually represented in the entire framework of social perceptions,social mood,and social meaning and intentions.For example,social value orientations,modes of thinking,structure of behavior,and emotional attitudes are often the representations of social mental trends.Social mentality is the underlying layer of these representations.Therefore,social mentality is mainly composed of social value mentality,social thinking modes mentality,and social behavior structure mentality.As one of the resultant forces of history development,social mentality pays an irreplaceable role.
