| Abstract: | The core issue of, three diinensional rural issues is the rights and interests of peasantry. The root of the law works three dimensional rural issues is the rights of peasantry, especially lacking of the equal rights. The constitution as a root law of a nation, which is the basic law of criterion and System. Therefore, we should be protected the equal rights from constitution. |
