| 摘 要： | 无领导小组讨论作为一种用人单位人才选拔的重要方式,已得到全社会广泛的重视,高等教育教学应重视和发掘无领导小组讨论。实施无领导小组讨论教学,是提高教学效果的需要;采用无领导小组讨论测评,是完善教学效果评估体系的需要;运用无领导小组讨论方法,是促进学生充分就业和创业的需要;开展无领导小组讨论活动,是校园文化建设的需要;适用无领导小组讨论方式,是建设高素质学生干部队伍的需要。
