Information,Intellectual Property and China's Strategy of Intellectual Property

With the quick development of the processing and transmitting technology of information, we have entered the information age. In order to help our industrial circles to better understand and implement "developing industrialization based on information" and to promote the legislative institutions to work better for the superstructure to meet the requirements of the economic base, we should know better the relationship between information, information property and intellectual property and lay a solid theoretical foundation for China's strategy of intellectual property. Thus, information covers the object of intellectual property protection while the core of information property is still intellectual property.
