| 摘 要： | 商业团体是商人由个体分散到抱团发展转变的重要组织载体。近代广西民间商业团体经历了从地缘性会馆到行业性商会的深刻嬗变。与传统会馆相比较，近代商会具有较大的包容性、规范性。清末以来广泛建立的商会在更高程度上促进了广西城镇经济与社会的整合。

| Abstract: | Business groups are important organizationalcarriers for merchants, which change from individual traders to group holder. Folk business groups in Guangxi had profound evolution from geopolitics guildhall to industrial associations in modern times. Compared with the traditional guildhall, chamber of commerce has a largely open inclusiveness and legal specification. Since the late Qing Dynasty, extensive trade associations have promoted a higher degree of integration of the urban economy and society in Guangxi. |
