| 摘 要： | 面对严峻的就业形势,高校传统主题教育已难以满足大学生就业需求。在传统就业主题教育活动的基础上,加入更具有针对性、说服力和更易获得认同感的校友就业主题教育,通过校友报告会、就业创业见习基地、校友名录等方式,将主题教育与市场需求接轨,增强大学生的就业竞争力和就业自信心,开辟就业工作新途径。

| Abstract: | Facing the severe employment situation, the traditional theme education in universities has been difficult to meet the demand of employment. On the basis of the traditional education activity, it is necessary to do the following： introduce more targeted and persuasive alumni employment theme education with easy access to obtain identity; integrate theme education with market demand through alumni seminars, employment entrepreneurship apprentice and alunmi lists, etc.; strengthen graduates＇ employment competitiveness and self-confidence; open up new ways of employment |
