提升校园文化软实力,推动国际化人才培养

高等院校应主动适应经济社会发展的新要求,提升校园文化软实力,以"全球化与民族化"为核心,从国际视野培养的角度培育与建设校园文化,认真做好文化导向、文化环境、文化载体和文化服务工作,让学生通过校园文化的教育与熏陶,既树立国际视野,又具有民族认同,并具备良好的跨文化理解、沟通、选择、创新能力,成为具有全球意识和多元文化背景的国际化通用型人才。

Enhance the Cultural Soft Power and Promote International Personnel Training

Universities should do the following： actively adapt to the new requirements of economic and social development; enhance the euhural soft power; with ＂globalization and nationalization＂ as the core, cultivate and develop campus culture from the international training view; conscientiously do a good job in cultural orientation, environment, carrier and services; help students set up the international vision as well as national identity through education and edification of campus culture with good cross cultural understanding, communication, choice and innovation ability; become international universal personnels with global awareness and muhieultural background.
