基于以人为本的研究生社团思想政治教育

"以人为本"思想是高等教育一贯秉持的优秀指导思想。坚持"以人为本",有利于推进研究生思想政治教育深化改革、促进研究生思想政治资源利用最大化、增进研究生的思想政治教育情感。当前,研究生社团思想政治教育存在社团文化弱化、缺乏人性化的制度、宣传方式陈旧单一等问题,因此,应将扩充内涵、完善制度管理和正面宣传等作为切入点,切实加强研究生社团思想政治教育。

Ideological and Political Education of Graduates' Associations based on "People-orientation"

The thought of ＂people-orientation＂ is the excellent guiding ideology consistently uphold by the higher education. Following ＂people-orientation＂ is conducive to the following： deepening reform of graduates＇ ideological and political education, promoting the maximum utilization of ideological and political education resources, and enhancing graduate students＇ emotion for ideological and political edueation. At present, graduate associations face such problems as the weakened association culture, the laek of humanized institution and the outdated and single publicizing ways. Therefore, it is essential to start from the expanded connotation, improvement of institution and management as well as positive publicity so as to strengthen the ideological and political education of these assoeiations.
