| 摘 要： | 针对2002年我国水利水电工程建设明显加快,专业人才需求量明显增加的新形势下,水利水电工程专业扩招带来的问题进行了认真分析,并有针对性的制定了提高本专业人才培养质量的改革措施和人才培养方案,形成了新的"TAQAS"人才培养模式。实践表明观点符合实际,取得了较好的成绩,可以作为类似专业参考。
