摘    要:大学教育是学校教育的最后阶段,对大学生的现代人格养成至关重要。高等学校的体育教师要结合体育教学的特点,对大学生进行人格培养。要以崇高的敬业精神感化学生;以灵活的教法启迪学生的思想;注意挖掘体育教学的思想内涵,利用每一个教学的环节,不失时机地做好书育人工作。

Abstract:As the hingest stage of school education, tertiary education is of utmost importance in respect of college students' personality training. Physical Education (PE) teachers in colleges and universities should train students' personality in the light of the Characteristics of PE teaching. They should not only exert a subtle influence upon students with their lofty devotion to teaching, elicit students' thinlking with flexible teaching methods; but also explore the ideological connotation of PE teaching materials, make full use of every teaching link to cultivate students.
