| 摘 要： | 庄子认为，悟道真正的奥秘在于“虚”。庄子之“虚”是一种从不同角度否定常规的内心修炼功夫，它循着回归自然的途径，通过排除感官活动、生理欲望、贪生意识、名利物欲、道德观念、情感波动、知性活动、一己成心等，使生命最本真的愿望得以呈现，从而将世俗之人提升为体道之人。“虚”的工夫，类似于现象学所倡导的“悬置”方法，对改善现代人的心灵生态颇具启迪。

| Abstract: | Zhuangzi holds that the secret of apprehending Tao is subtraction of life, namely ＂empti- ness＂. ＂Emptiness＂ is a method revealing one＇s nature and apprehending Tao by means of forgetting or forsaking sensory activities, physiological desires, fear of death, material desire, morality, emo- tional turmoil, intellectual activities and individual prejudices. This method is similar to ＂phenomeno- logical reduction＂, and can enlighten modern people on the improvement of mental status. |
