After Soviet Union disintegrating,the cinema which has been surviving in "the swaddling clothes" for a long time lost the backing in the planned economy.The production increases,the price rose,and the bread was more urgent than the entertainment.Gate of the country was opened and it smoothed the way for the foreign film and the Hollywood cinema.Under the situation,the audience drained,and the system of issue and show entirely collapsed.However the government,the studio and the creator kept on searching for the wayout and the cinema recovered soon.
