培养大学生优良气质提高大学生综合素养

从大学生的行为举止、仪表形象等方面的不断变化入手,探讨了什么是大学生特有的气质和如何培养大学生的优良气质.根据大学生的个性特征及今后所从事的职业,提出了以大学生的业务知识、文化素养、理想信念、道德品质、公德意识、团队精神及社会责任感等为基础,进一步开展人际交往、各种礼仪礼节、心理素质等方面的教育,对大学生形成一种内外统一的气质培养方式,逐步构建适应社会发展要求的知识、能力、人格三位一体,和谐发展的人才培养模式.

Cultivating the Dispositions of College Students to Enhance Their Qualities

This article,starting with the constant changes in such respects as bearing behavior,instrument image of university students,etc,discusses what is and how to train university students' outstanding makings.According to their individual characteristics and the requirements of their future jobs,the author proposes that further education should be launched in communication,various kinds of etiquette courtesy,psychological quality,etc with the foundation of university students' professional knowledge,artistic appreciation,ideal and faith,moral character,social morality consciousness,team spirit and social responsibility,etc.In this way,we form one way of training unified makings to university students and structure harmonious personnel training mode with the combination of knowledge,ability and personality to meet the needs of market economy progressively.
