| Abstract: | With the requirements of improving information t ransmission efficiency in our information society, it has been a tendency to wri te official documents concisely and expressively. The more concisely and express ively an official document is written, the more efficiently a job will be done. Because an official document has legal effect and standard, we should write it s pecially and carefully. First: we should write it as short as possible. Second: we should write it with concise sentences and words. Third: we should use specia l official document words when writing an official document. |
