| 摘 要： | 石油行业重组改制是强制性制度变迁行为.为实现"经济体制转轨",石油企业必须建立现代企业制度,变强制性为诱致性,严格防范诺思路径依赖Ⅱ的制约.为实现"经济增长转型",石油企业必须实施资本营运按市场机制运作,关联交易要完全市场化,必须按法规办事.

| Abstract: | Reorganization and reformation of petroleum industry is a armtwisting behavior of system revolution. In order to realize convert of economy system, we must set up latter-day enterprise system in petroleum enterprises, and change armtwisting behavior into inductive one. At same time the petroleum enterprises must also fulfil capital running according to market mechanism and act on the basis of laws. |
