| Abstract: | Liang Dynasty that was belong to Southern and Northern Dynasties had a stable society. At that time, the country was prosperous and strong. The culture was developed. In this situation, the feudal gov- ernment library service and the private library service made a huge success. This success was related to the idea and policy of Emperor Wu of Liang Dynasty. |
