| 摘 要： | 本文透过文献比对,重新审视前汉淮南王案,对司马迁撰《淮南王传》提出质疑,进而否定此种可能性。认为该传的真正作者应该是楚元王后人刘德、刘向,并深入结合楚元王一系在前汉武帝、昭帝及宣帝时的政治处境,对他们撰成《淮南王传》的动机和心态,作出实事求是的分析,也梳理其经学的倾向和学术的特征。
