| 摘 要： | 日本自民党的操控天下、美国共和党和民主党轮番坐庄和俄罗斯政党的多杂混乱，体现了目前世界主要国家政党制度的各种形态。而中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度因其共产党领导和多党派合作，共产党执政和多党派参政的基本特征，决定了其非同寻常的生命力和创造力。

| Abstract: | The Liberal Democratic Party has been in power for more than 50 years , the democrats and the republican take turns to go into power, the parties in Russian is of large number but in disorder, which all reflect the variety of the Party system in main countries in the world. The system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation led by the CPC is different from other bourgeoisie parties. Its basic feature includes the leadership of the CPC, the multi-party cooperation, the being in power of the CPC and the participating of muhi-party. This leads to its unusual vitality. |
