| 摘 要： | 新时期民族精神对行政精神重塑有着重大而深远的意义。它将爱国主义精神、创新精神、自强不息精神及兼容并包等民族精神的内涵渗透于行政精神之中 ,促进形成当代中国公共行政应有的公共精神、创新意识、高效作风及民主法制精神 ,从而有力地提高政府的行政执行效能。

| Abstract: | In the new period, national spirit has exerted a vital and profound influence over recreating administrative spirit and made its connotations permeate into the administrative spirit with patriotism, innovation, continuous self renewal and all inclusion, etc. Also, it promotes the formation of public spirit, innovative consciousness, high efficiency work style, democracy and legality spirit, thereby enhancing the administration of government. |
