| 摘 要： | 国家在边境地区实施"三免费"教育是"兴边富民行动"的重要措施之一。笔者考察了思茅边境民族地区实施"三免费"教育情况,总结了其成效,并提出了进一步搞好此项工作的建议。

| Abstract: | Implementing free education in Simao border ethnic areas is the important measure of the "promoting border areas and making the people rich" program. The author makes an investigation of free education in Simao border ethnic areas, sums up its achievements and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve this work. |
