| 摘 要： | 留学归国人员在广东高校工作中遇到的政策、环境、社会和自身方面的各种问题,需要通过各级领导者的重视和关心、成立高校归国人员联谊会、设立"归国留学人员专项基金"等举措来予以解决,以充分调动他们教学和科研的积极性。
