摘    要:构建中小学创新教育激励机制的核心在于激发学生的创新需要与动力,使学生产生创新行为,形成创新素质.只有认清并分析制约学生创新需要和动力的学校、家庭、社会等方面因素,按照同步激励理论,针对性地采取措施,才能建立学校激励、家庭激励、社会激励三位一体的创新教育激励模式.

Abstract:The core of constructing motivation mechanism of innovative education in primary and middle schools lies in motivating students' innovative needs and motive so that they can develop their innovative behaviors and form their innovative qualities. Only by clearly identifying and analyzing such factors as school, family and society restricting students' innovative needs and motive and taking corresponding measures according to simultaneous motivation theory can we establish the motivation mode of innovative education with school motivation, family motivation and society motivation integrated as one.
