| 摘 要： | 尊重和保护人权是当今世界普遍关注的一项事业。我们国家自从 90年代以来 ,政府也大力加强了人权的法律保障工作。对人权法律保障的内容规定的更加广泛 ,制度也更加完备 ,但我们也应该看到 ,中国人权法律保障的内容与国际标准相比还有一些差距。围绕了人权法律保障的内容这一核心 ,从人身人格权利、政治权利与自由及经济文化和社会权利方面系统地阐述了中国人权法律保障的具体内容

| Abstract: | To respect and protect human rights is a worldwide concerned course. Since 1990s, our government has made great efforts in law protection of human rights. But there still exist some problems comparing with international norms. As to the content of human rights protection, this paper illustrates it systematically from three aspects: personal rights; political rights and freedom; economic, cultural and social rights. |
