少数民族大学生在异域文化下的心理适应

民族高等教育的整个过程,实际上就是引导民族学生对新的社会环境和文化氛围进行心理调适以达到新的和谐的过程.探讨和分析少数民族大学生心理适应问题的表现与成因,指出其客观存在的生活习俗、语言表达、思维情感、文化观念的差异以及少数民族大学生对这些差异的主观感受和归因方式对其文化适应过程的影响以及进而对其生活学习、人际交往、心理健康、生涯发展产生的影响,我们必须从民族教育的实际出发,了解每一个民族的文化心理,在教育、教学和管理方面采取特殊的方法,制订行之有效的措施,帮助民族学生更好地融入新的文化氛围,促进民族和谐和共同发展.

The Psychological Adaptation of Minority College Students in Foreign Cultures

National higher education actually is the process of leading minority college students adapting new social environment and cultural atmosphere for reaching a new psychological harmony.Aware of this,we should find the special law and adopt effective management practices. For this reason,this article gives the preliminary analysis of the performance and causes of minority students' psychological adjustment problems,pointing out that the objective existing difference of the living habits,language,emotional and thinking pattern,cultural notion,and minority students' subjective feelings and attribution to the differences affect their cultural adaptation process.Then it will impact their daily lives,learning,interpersonal relationships,mental health and career development.In light of these circumstances the management measures were proposed in this paper,which may be of practical significance in improving the management level of minority higher education.
