| 摘 要： | 体育经纪人是在市场经济体制的大背景下 ,体育运动商业化、职业化过程中出现的新生事物。体育经纪人作为体育市场的中介与桥梁 ,对活跃体育市场、开发体育商业价值起着重要的作用。针对我国建立体育经纪人制度的必要性以及现状和管理措施进行了分析、探讨。
