| 摘 要： | 循环经济强调最有效利用资源和保护环境,表现为“资源——产品——再生资源”的经济增长方式,受到世界各国的高度重视。城市循环经济模式是发展生态城市、解决我国GDP高速增长与可持续性发展矛盾的必由之路。国家唯一循环经济试点城市——贵阳市在发展循环经济型生态城市过程中取得一些有益经验,也面临不少的问题。这些都对西部大开发,对发展城市经济的新思路都具有重大的意义。

| Abstract: | Circular economy,emphasizing on effectively utilizing resources and protecting environment, has attracted worldwide attention. City circular economy mode is the necessary path to develop ecological city and solve the conflict between the highly increasing GDP of China and the sustainable development. Guiyang city, the only experimental city to develop circular economy,has accumulated some beneficial experiences although there are still some problems, which are significant to western development and provide a new thought to develop circular economy. |
