| 摘 要： | 循环经济是针对持续的经济增长对资源和环境压力而提出的一种新的经济发展模式,也是一种新的技术经济模式。它遵循“资源———产品———再生资源”规律的一种自然和谐式经济发展模式。发达国家在循环经济理论和实践方面的探索均早于发展中国家,许多发达国家将建立循环型社会作为实现社会和经济协调发展的重要途径,对我国发展循环经济具有很强的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Recycling economy is proposed a new economic development mode aiming at the pressure of sustained economic growth on resources and environments,i.e.a new technical economic mode.It is a natural harmonious economic development mode following the law of "resources-products-reproducible" resources.The research on recycling economy in developed country is earlier than that in developing country both in theory and practice.In many developed country,establishing recycling society is looked on as an important method realizing society and economy's developing harmoniously.Then it is reference significance for us to learn from developed country. |
