对中国经济发展模式的探讨

中国所采用的＂出口导向型＂经济发展模式在特定背景下带动了中国经济的高速发展,但它并不是一个适合中国长期采用和坚持的模式,特别是在目前依赖国际市场遭到的阻力不断升级、国内市场开辟又很棘手的情况下,这种经济发展模式对经济的长远发展所具有的促进作用已大打折扣。开辟国内市场、转变发展方式以适应新的国际国内环境已成为中国经济的新的走向,中国经济发展模式由＂出口导向型＂转向＂消费内驱型＂已是必然。＂消费内驱型＂经济发展方式的重点是居民有效需求的增长,其运行的前提是相应制度和机制的建立和完善,这对更好地实现由＂国富＂到＂民富＂的转变意义重大。

An Examination of China's Economic Development Model

Under given condition the development model of export - oriented economy has promoted China＇s rapid economic development, yet it is not the model for China to adopt and uphold. At present, the problems in depending on world markets and opening up domestic markets has greatly reduced the function of the model. To meet the requirements of the new international and national environment, opening up domestic market and transforming the developmental mode have become the new trend of China~ economy. It is an inexorable trend for China~ economic development model to shift from ＂ export - oriented pattern＂ to＂ consumer - oriented de- mand pattern. ＂The mode of economic growth of＂ consumer - oriented demand pattern＂ stresses on the growth of residential effective demand and the establishment and improvement of relevant system and mechanism, which is of great importance in achieving the transition from＂ making the country affluent＂ to＂ making the people affluent＂.
