| Abstract: | To emancipate the mind,editors of the social sciences periodical should first heighten their ideological consciousness and let the system of socialist core values guide the orientation of theoretical innovation.Then they should give full attention to the policy and tactics towards some "sensitive issues".Furthermore,the emancipation of the mind,as a means and an object of theoretical innovation,is a continuous process. |
