延边地区民营经济的现状及其发展对策

几年来,延边地区的民营经济得到了平稳快速的发展,但与民营经济快速发展的地区相比其差距仍然较大。这主要是因为民营经济进入门槛高、思想解放程度还不够、产业结构不尽合理、政策环境不优、融资渠道狭窄、企业管理基础薄弱等原因所致。为此,要理顺好现有的民营经济管理体制、继续深入解放思想,进一步搞好综合服务机构建设;要加强行业引导和技术支持,建立健全资本市场;要鼓励民营企业重视人力资源管理等措施,以推动民营经济更快的发展。

Present Situations of Private Economy in Yanbian and Countermeasures for Development

Though private economy has developed quickly and steadily in Yanbian in recent years,there is still a big gap left when the situation in developed regions in Southeast of China is taken into consideration.Niggling approval process,conventional attitudes,unfavorable industrial structure,policies and ways of financing,unscientific business management are all restrictions to hold back the growth of private economy.In order to further quicken the development,countermeasures should be taken as follows： to clarify responsibilities of administrative sectors;to continue the mind liberation and better the comprehensive service;to strengthen government＇s guidance and provide technical supports;to establish a healthy capital market and encourage private enterprises to put more emphasis on human resources management.
