| 摘 要： | 必须正视学生评价教师过程中的消极应付心理、报复心理、光环心理、成见心理、情感效应、自我投射效应。这些消极心理可以使学生评价教师的实际效果大打折扣,而不客观、不公正的评价又有可能严重影响教师与教育事业的同步发展。当务之急在于纠正带有一定普遍性的应付心理和情感效应。

| Abstract: | Students' psychological factors are the very i mportant ones that affect the result s of assessing teachers.So ,We must draw much attention to students' negative psychological factors in a ssessing their teachers,such as casualness,revenge,feeling effect,and other fac-tors;because an inequitable assessment of the teachers will impair the d evelopment of both teachers themselves and educational under-takings. |
