| 摘 要： | 本文在实地调研的基础上 ,运用了大量的文献资料 ,对民族地区非经济因素在各民族经济发展过程中的影响及方式做了较为深入的分析。认为非经济因素对民族地区的经济发展的影响是持久而深刻的 ,进而阐明在民族地区的现代化进程中 ,如果忽视了人的因素 ,单纯从经济方面架构区域发展模式是难以获得良好的发展效果的。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the writer used many data in basis of field work, analyzing the influences on the economic development process in minorities areas by the non-economic issues. In the writer`s view, non-economic issues have long and deep influences on the development in minorities areas. Furthermore, the writer expressed the other opinion , in the modernization process in minorities areas , if the human is ignored, and the regional pattern of development is structured from economic aspect simply, we can not get good development results. |
