| 摘 要： | 资本理论在整个西方经济理论中占有十分重要的地位,其发展状况在相当程度上反映着西方经济学整体面貌,应该对西方资本理论实事求是地予以评价。要认清西方资本理论的价值与意义,可以通过资本概念的表象理解、生产结构中的资本、利息率配置资本资源和资本对社会分配格局的架构等方面加以研究、吸收和借鉴。

| Abstract: | In western economics,captial theory has a very importment position and its developing status reflcts the whole face of western economics.We must pratically put a value on it and get clear understanding of the value and meaning of western capital theory and from the sides of appearance understanding of capital concept,captial in pattern of production,rate allocation of captial resources and framework of social distribution absorb and utilize it. |
