| 摘 要： | 新时期解决"三农"问题的根本出路在于农村科技工作机制的创新。南平市实施的科技特派员制度不仅是农村科技工作机制的创新举措,也是"三个代表"重要思想在农村的具体实践。与时俱进,不断完善和深化科技特派员制度,对于广大农村欠发达地区将具有普遍的指导意义,对于中国农村的经济发展和社会进步必将产生深远的历史影响。

| Abstract: | In the new era, the radical way to solve the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers is the innovation of rural scientific and technological work mechanism. The system of special commissioners in science and technology implemented in Nanping is not only a measure for innovation of rural scientific and technological work mechanism, but also a particular practice of the important thought of Three Represents in rural areas. Keeping pace with the times and continuing to improve and deepen the system of special commissioners in science and technology is of general instructive significance in the under-developed rural areas, and will have a far-reaching historiacl influence on the economic development and social progress in rural China. |
