| 摘 要： | 清末中国首次进行了法官资格考试,从制度上规范了新型司法人员所应具备的综合素质标准,体现了全方位引入西方司法体制的特点。清末法官资格考试在制度的提出,实施过程上有其鲜明的时代特征。

| Abstract: | The Late Qing Dynasty saw the Qualification Examination of Judges for the first time in the Chinese history. The required overall qualities of judicial personnel of the new type were standardized in system, which shows that the characteristics of the Western legal system were introduced to China. The judge selection system practiced then had distinct historical features of its own when carried out. |
