| 摘 要： | 长江上游地区是我国重要的农业基地之一,农业产业化是该地区农业发展的有效途径。要通过大力扶持龙头企业的发展,建成一批具有全国或大区地位的专业商品基地,使农业逐步实现从弱质产业向强质产业的跨越,实现传统农业向现代农业的转型。
