| 摘 要： | 当前高校学生工作发生了新的转变：教育改革的深入使高校学生管理工作内容发生变化，社会的急速变化导致学生工作模式发生了新的变化，信息化技术的发展和普及使学生的生活和学习状态发生了变化，社会和家庭环境的改变使大学生的思想特点有了新变化。在新形势下，应该拓展学生管理工作范围，积极探索学生工作的新思路、新方法，努力实现学生工作“六化”即：法制化、民主化、精细化、柔性化、信息化和专业化。
