高校“两课”教师教学科研水平培养提高研究

摘    要:提高"两课"教师教学水平要转变教学理念,加强理论功底和人文底蕴,完善专业知识,了解教学对象状况和需求,完善教学质量评估体系。提高科研水平要正确处理教学与科研的关系,做好理论准备和资料准备,关注本学科动态。在专业技能提高方面要加强社会实践和调查研究,具有思想政治工作能力和创新能力,掌握现代化教学手段,提高语言表达与写作能力。

Abstract:To improve the teaching level of the teachers of "Two-Curriculum", it is necessary to change their notion of teaching, strengthen their basic theoretical training and cultural cultivation, improve their expertise, get them to know the levels and requirements of their students, and perfect the evaluation system of teaching quality. To raise the level of scientific research, it is essential for the teacher to have a sound treatment of the relationship between teaching and research, a good readiness of both theory and teaching materials and a close notice on the trend of his subject. On the aspect of special knowledge and skills, the teacher should strengthen social practice and investigation, have capability to do ideological and political work and the ability of innovation, master the modern teaching means and raise abilities of verbal expression and writing.
