| 摘 要： | 效率与公平的关系问题是人们长期以来一直关注的焦点之一。效率与公平的关系不是一成不变的,应根据经济社会发展的情势,及时作出调整,实现二者的动态平衡。我党对这一问题的认识大致经历了三个不同的阶段。进入新世纪新阶段,党中央根据我国发展呈现出的一系列新的阶段性特征,重新审视效率与公平的关系,把公平摆在了更加突出的位置。

| Abstract: | The relationship between efficiency and fairness has long been one of the focuses of attention,which is not static.we should make timely adjustment on this relationship,basing on the situation of the economic and social development.Our party's awareness has undergone three different stages.In the new century and new period,the CPC Central Committee re-examines the relationship between efficiency and equity,and fairness is placed in a more prominent position. |
