东北资源型城市的就业问题对西北地区的启示

资源型城市为我国的经济生产与建设做出了巨大的贡献,但与此同时,单一的产业结构也造成了一系列社会问题,其中日益严峻的就业问题是资源型城市,特别是资源枯竭型城市不得不面对的难题。通过东西部地区的比较研究,在对东北地区资源型城市就业状况及其经验的总结基础上,可以归纳出西北地区经济转型和政策调整这两个方面与就业的关系,同时,在解决资源型城市就业问题时,应注重经济、生态、社会与人的和谐发展。

Employment Problems in Northeast Resource-based Cities: Enlightenment to Northwest Areas

Though resource-based cities have made tremendous contributions to the construction of China,a series of social problems caused by sole industrial structure exist in these areas.Among them,increasingly severe employment problem is a prominent one,especially for resources-exhausted cities.Based on the analysis of employment situation of resource-based cities in the northeast and according to the comparison of the eastern and western China,the influences of economic reform and policy adjustment on employment in the northwest are concluded.It is also proposed that more attention should be attached to the harmonious development of man and economy,ecology,society in solving the employment problems in resource-based cities.
