| 摘 要： | 清末民初,中国通过学习和借鉴大陆法系的法律制度完成了法律近代化,确立了包括律师制度在内的近代司法制度,与日本、法国、德国、意大利等大陆法系的司法制度有许多相似之处,从而使大陆法系对中国近代的律师业产生了多方面的影响。
