| Abstract: | This article reviews the three transitions and institutional innovations in Guangdong higher education in the past three decades since the reform and opening-up.？ It also points out that the developmental adjustments and institutional innovations are the basic historical experiences of Guangdong higher education development, which are of great value for Guangdong to develop into as the national demonstration plot for educational reform. |
