| 摘 要： | 流浪乞讨现象目前已成为社会大众的关注热点问题之一。通过探析社会工作介入流浪乞讨人员救助的指导理念和实施原则,从社会工作专业理念、社会工作服务项目以及社会工作专业方法三个方面,讨论社会工作介入流浪乞讨人员救助的基本策略,以期为流浪乞讨人员救助工作的完善提供一点思考。

| Abstract: | Stray beggar persons has been a worldwide phenomenon and it is now one of the hot problem of social focus. Social works in China is in a preliminary stage but experiencing rapid development. In this paper, the author explores basic strategies for social work involving the rescue and aids of stray beggar persons in respects of its guiding ideas and practical principles, professional philosophies, service projects,and professional methods, with the hope that it may help for better rescue and aids and the development of China＇s social work initiatives. |
