| 摘 要： | 茶党运动是美国国内民众发起的一场旨在反对奥巴马政府的经济刺激计划和医疗改革方案等一系列政府决策的民间社会运动,主张缩减政府规模、压缩政府开支、降低税收、弱化监管。其政治诉求的理论表现在：强调美国政治活动应限定在美国宪法的范围,追求经济自由与追求个人自由同等重要,对于不同于美国民族的主张采取抵触和排斥态度。美国社会的民粹主义传统,以及茶党政治诉求尚未实现的状况,决定了茶党运动将继续影响美国社会的未来发展。

| Abstract: | The TEA movement is an US domestic civil movement against the Obama Administration＇s such policies as economy-stimulating plans and medicare reform schemes. It proclaims for smaller government scale, reduced government expenditures, lower tax and looser regulation. The theory for their appellation lies in the emphasis on the country＇s politics within the US Constitution-defined limit, equal importance in pursuits of economic freedom and individual freedom, and resistance and exclusion of claims other than American nation. The TEA movement will continually influence on the future of US society, considering the American populist tradition and the fact that the TEA party＇s political pursuits have yet. been realized. |
