| 摘 要： | 高校坚以持“以人为本”已成为加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作关键。思想政治教育者必须紧跟新的形势,坚持“以人为本”。本文就高校思想政治教育工作体现“以人为本”的必要性和“以人为本”做好思想政治教育工作的措施做了论述。
