| 摘 要： | 当前,在社会治安工作日益繁重、警力不足的同时,警察的执法、人身、名誉等权益不断遭受侵害。为维护警察合法权益,必须建立完善的警察权益保障机制,并要克服困难,采取对策,保障这一机制的正常运行。

| Abstract: | At present,with the accelerating burden of social public security work and the lacking of police forces,(police's) rights of law-enforcement,person and reputation are being harmed continuously.In order to maintain police's legal rights,we should establish and perfect guaranteed right's mechanism,and then overcome the difficulties,take measures,so as to ensure the normal circulation of this mechanism. |
